Bank Bottom Engineering is a sub contract machinist, acquired by the Hystat group in 2004. It continues to operate from its site at Honley where it has operated since 1952.
The Honley site is a modern sub-contract machining facility with state of the art machinery, including horizontal and vertical machining centres and multi-axis turning centres.
Bank Bottom work to the international quality standard BS EN ISO9001:2000 accredited by Lloyds register.
Work is regularly undertaken for the mining (Valve blocks), earth moving, rail, defence, power generation and oil industries.
