On Tuesday 6th December 2022, the above company entered administration.

We are pleased to inform you that Hystat has purchased (from the administrator) the intellectual property relating to the manufacturing operation based at the above address. This includes all drawings, parts lists, technical records, sales records and the above trading names.

We will continue to supply the goods and services involved from our factories in Slaithwaite, Huddersfield and Washington, Tyne and Wear.

At the present time please address all correspondence to Hystat Systems Ltd, New Street, Slaithwaite, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, HD7 5BB. sales@hystat.co.uk.

We have also purchased all the work in progress at the above site. Due to the nature of the business this involves handling goods which remain the property of customers. We will be contacting all those involved to agree the way forward.
